Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

1. Defective Items (Dead on Arrival)

If you receive a defective item, please return it within 48 hours of receipt for an immediate replacement. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories.

2. Change of Mind Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. Open boxes cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was defective upon arrival.
