We deliver everywhere in Uganda. Orders within Kampala arrive within 24–48 hours, and orders outside Kampala take 3–6 working days via trusted courier services. Delivery is free in Kampala on orders over UGX 100,000.
Yes. Brand-new products carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 6–24 months depending on the brand). UK-used devices are tested and verified by our team before sale and are covered by our store warranty policy — the exact terms are shown on each product page.
We currently take Cash on Delivery nationwide — you pay when your order arrives. Mobile Money (MTN & Airtel) is available on request: place your order and our team will confirm the details with you before dispatch.
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for unopened items in their original condition. For defective items, please return them within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.
Yes. Every device we sell — new or UK-used — is tested and verified by our team. UK-used items are clearly labelled as such on the product page, so you always know exactly what you're buying.
